October 9, 2001 Once again with the relentless help of Ted Deller and Matt Ford we were able to FINALLY get my Virtual Flight Deck airborne!!! Over a year after taking delivery she is now flying the friendly (or, not so friendly) skies. Click HERE to enjoy these pics.... July 30, 2001 Whew! What I *thought* would be a "few days" of wiring turned into many weeks worth! But, finally, the instrument panel and overhead panel are fully installed and wired for EPIC. Simply a matter of connecting the EPIC expansion module to the computers and then some programming changes. I also installed Captain and First Officer clocks! The throttle pedestal is now mounted and will be fully functional TODAY! I will be installing the control columns this week also, and then all the control linkages and dampers soon thereafter. May 29, 2001 Progress continues!!! The overhead area is 90 percent complete and the instrument panel is also taking shape. I have a few days of wiring to complete behind the instrument panel and then it's on to connecting the flight controls!!! See it all HERE.

August 21, 2000 Major progress made on lowering the new cockpit to it's correct position and mounting it on a movable base! Checkout a bunch of new pictures here.
July 17, 2000 I have been busy cutting the lower section of cockpit away to allow for a base frame assembly. I am approaching the point of welding a frame and lowering the cockpit onto it's belly. There is still some component stripping and cleaning to do on the underside of the floor as you can see in these pics... Before:

July 3, 2000 Moved web page to this new address. Work continues slowly on my new 737-800. I will post more pics soon. June 10, 2000 The cockpit section arrived right on time! It was a glorious day! Here are a few pics of the arrival:
